Are the inserts shipped to the printing facility by the fragrance producer?
Does the magazine publisher need to produce or acquire the fragrance inserts directly with the fragrance insert manufacturer?

As a magazine publisher we ask that all inserts are supplied directly to our printer.
I’ve not had experience myself with fragrance inserts but I suspect they follow the same process.
Once the insert is sold it’s pretty much up to the client what they do with it, so long as it’s legal !
