Can i use fragrance oils to make solid perfume ?
I know fragrance oils are used to make candles and soap and im planning to do SOLID PERFUME. So can i just substitue those expensive essential oils with fragrance ones? What will be the diffrence?

Fragrance oil isnt necessarily skin safe.
