Is it legal for Abercrombie & Fitch to express fragrance into a public mall?

I'm told by my local mall, it is Abercrombie & Fitch's right as a tenant to express their fragrance into the mall. Aren't perfumes chemicals? Isn't it my right to walk in a public mall without smelling, tasting, and ultimately feeling ill after being exposed?

Is it legal, and what are my rights?
